Not able to see VLANs in Network Configuration Utility

Symptom: Not able to see any VLANs in NCU. But I can see VLAN interfaces in Windows network connections. (see attached sccreenshot).

OS: Windows 2008 Enterprise x64.
Network adapter: HP NC373i

Software version (reported by HP Samart Update Manager):
Network Card: 4.4.24.0
NCU: 9.35.0.0

Was it working before?
Yes.

How was it broken?
I was trying to delete one of the VLANs with NCU. It was hanging for couple hours. I killed it with task manager. Problem happen sine after that.

What have been done?
I tried the following but didn't fix the problem:
1) Reboot the server couple times.
2) Uninstall NCU and NIC driver. Reboot.
3) Install NIC driver one-by-one. Reboot.

Any hints? Why NIC was not able to see the VLANs, while I can see those VLAN interfaces in windows network connections? was the configuration in xml file or registry?

Thanks!

Re: Not able to see VLANs in Network Configuration Utility

hi

try this
uninstall the current NCU and install version 9.4

I think if that does not fix the issue I think you will have to remove the VLANS and recreate them again

bye
