ORCA problem on SA-E200i

I have a DL360G5 with SA-E200i/64 installed and four SAS SFF 146GB 3G disks on four bays.
I just upgraded my server with FW CD Version 8.6 from Firmware 1.66 to 1.84.
My running BIOS is P58, the latest release.
After E200 FW upgrade it doesn't show the ORCA entrance prompt with F8.
Also E200i reported a 1785 "Drive array not configured".
I tested the disks on other server, working healthy.
Moreover, I used SS Version 8.25 to configure array by ACU, not working too.
It seems that ORCA image does not exists or currupted during the upgrade.
I performed to force Reinstall FW image again, nothing changed.
Any idea?

Hmm.. perhaps to reseat the controller or clear NVRAM on the system board.
E200i is a little board attached to the system board.

Thanks for your reply, This is the only remaining action to do!
I have to reset my system board switch.
but I was disconnected the E200i from the board and switched with another 360, this happens on new board too.
I am sure that its coming from E200i nvram.
I will try to reset the system board tomorrow.

I have just performed to reset my System Maintenance Switch (SW1), and put its clear CMOS and NVRAM jumber to On, then powered on.
All system has ben defaulted except E200i !!
ORCA is not prompted for F8 after iLO prompt.
it shows the SA-E200i colorful name without an ORCA prompt!
help!

So basically you dont get an F8 prompt when drives are not detected, have you tried downgrading the firmware back to 1.66 or anything prior to 1.84 and see if that makes a difference?

Thanks for your advice, I am trying to do so but I could not find the 1.66 firmware to downgrade to.
I have 1.82 but not earlier.

I have documented this issue as a Known-Error, this condition presists on SA-E200i with Firmware above 1.66.
Only 1.66 firmware is working properly on my SA-E200i Controller.
