OS installation

After going through setup, I get a blue screen indicating a problem with the WIN32.dll file. Apon reboot, prompted to reinstall ntoskernal.

I've installed windows 2000 advanced server on an ML530 using Smartstart 4.80 without any problems and connected it to a Storageworks San.
