is there a BIOS avaiable for another OS??

OR

is there any way to obtain the orginal software that comes installed from the factory.

The neoserver is desinged as an APPLIANCE, not a general purpose server or computer. It's designed to fit a specific need in the small office/home office area. No - there is no choice of operating systems for these.

I've installed RedHat 7.1 on mine. I know another guy who is running Window98SE on his.

Compaq may not support it, but it can be done.

thanks for the info. i finally got Win98 installed.....i never thought about linux though. any advice before i try it??
