Omnibook XE3 GF hard drive size limit?

I want to replace the hard drive of my XE3 GF - (currently 20GB) - with a larger one. Is there a size limitation due to the BIOS (GF.M1.o4)?
And if the BIOS is limiting the size of hard drive, will the latest BIOS fix it?
