On Board SCSI

Hi

I am tring to connect a Compaq DLT 15/30 to the on board SCSI port of a Proliant 2500. When I boot the system it produces an error:

SCSI Bus Locked
System Halted

Any ideas?

Hi Rob,
There could be one of two things wrong here.
1) The SCSI cable being used is not terminated.
2) The termination on the 15/30 DLT is ON and you are also using a terminated cable. You have double termination here.
