Onboard Administrator Web Site stops working

I'm having an issue where after a few days the Active on-board administrator stops responding via the web interface. I can force a fail-over from the standby module. I'm on the latest firmware, etc. At this point, I'm going to leave the standby in place, to see if the issue reoccurs. If not, then I will look into replacing the module. Any advice?

You could try to reflash the firmware.
