One rack vs another

Sorry if this the wrong forum, couldn't find a suitable one.

I'm about to buy a rack for two proliant servers and have found two interesting models.

I might add more devices but will probably newer need more than 14U. Are there any other major advantages of buying the 22U G2-series? Are both racks delivered pre-assemblied. First time buying a rack, anything else I should think about?
