All were successful except for the Power Management Controler flash. See attached image for error message.
I have a support call in and have tried several things but, continue to get the same message. Thoguht I'd try here to see if someone had come across this.

Re: Online ROM Flash failure - Power Management Controller (HP ProLiant DL380 G5 Server)
take 1.8 ilo firmware
then reinstall latest * iLO 2 Management Controller Driver latest reboot %%%
if issue continues
Stop hpqilo2>> driver in run box services.msc
next Clear the Event Log
now Reset the iLO2 firmware using the iLO2 homepage.
and clear the Iml Log
now lets Restart the server

Re: Online ROM Flash failure - Power Management Controller (HP ProLiant DL380 G5 Server)
(1) Supplemental updates for bios ilo were already applied.
(2) ILO firware was already at 1.8
(3)Reinstall latest ILO 2 Management Controller Driver
still had issue so....
(1) I didn't see an HPILO service to stop?
(2) I cleared the Event Log
(3) I reset the iLO2 firmware from the SMH Management Processor page. We don't use ILO so, I couldn't access ILO2 homepage.
(3) I cleared the IML Log and restarted the server and tried again.

Re: Online ROM Flash failure - Power Management Controller (HP ProLiant DL380 G5 Server)
hmmm Brian
clear nvram
Clearing the system configuration
To clear the system configuration:
1. Power down the server
2. cross fingers :)
3. Remove the access panel look at the diagram on it it will show the position of the maintenace switch( it clears Nv ram)
4. Change position 6 of the system maintenance switch to on.
5. Install the access panel
6. power up the server blade.
7. Wait for the POST message that prompts you to change the switch setting:
Maintenance switch detected in the "On" position.
Power off the server and turn switch to the "Off" position.
8. Repeat steps 1 through 3.
9. Change position 6 of the system maintenance switch to off.
10. Repeat steps 5 through 7.
now follow these steps
ure you are using the correct 64 bit drivers...
we need these three firmware first then each driver at a time and a reboot after each,if this fails for any reason
