Online diagnostics hangs at 93% on DL385 G5p

The server is running Windows 2008 32bit.  I am getting BSOD with 0x00000050 errors every couple weeks so I am trying to run the diags but can't get past the 93%.  I have rebooted and installed all the latest drivers using HP SUM.    I am launching the diags from the managment home page.

Any ideas how I can get this to complete?  I am hoping it will give me a clue as to what is causing the BSOD.

Hi Diego,

Have you tried troubleshooting from OS end ? 

Found a hotfix which you can probably use - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2781406 

See if the above coresponds to the BSOD error you are getting.
