Has anyone ever seen this System Event Log and I'm also trying find Firmware Power MGMT Module.

hi,

login to the ilo and check the status of the power supplies and there temperature and voltages

what type of enclosure do you have?

it could be just a bad psu

I remember a while back seeing this on my P-class enclosure. For me it was a firmware issue.
