P212 with modified FIRWMARE & NVRAM (IT Mode?!)

Bought 4x P212 off eBay and am experiencing problems

The POST with this message:

BOOTLEG FIRMWARE 4.47

hardware RAID support is disbled via controller NVRAM configuration settings

It is not possible to add a RAID config as it returns an error message when saving the config (F8)

As it is now, disks connected to it are directly accessible (IT mode?!)

I did not know this option was availble but it is not a selectable option from anywhere...

ACU only reports that cache is not configured and there is no option/button at all to create a RAID

Is there a way to enable hardware RAID again? (by maybe clearing NVRAM, but how?)

hi,

You need to update the FW of the controller. That should resolve your issue.

Thanks
