P333 Proliant 3000/Server2003STD
We are able to install Windows Server 2003 on our Proliant 3000 boxes by simply booting to the Server 2003 cd and using either the native driver or hit F6 when prompted and use the HP driver from floppy. However, the web agents and such must be installed manually, which actually fails when you autorun the HP SmartStart 6.4 CDROM and then install from the menu provided. We always can install Windows 2000 server using Compaq SmartStart 5.5 and the assisted path which works quite well. But there is of course no Server2003 option with 5.5.. However, support for server 2003 *IS* included on the HP SmartStart 6.4 CD, but the Proliant 3000 is not supported on that release. **HP states that Server2003 is supported on the Proliant 3000. Any suggestions?

Re: P333 Proliant 3000/Server2003STD
Hello Collin,
Please start installing the server with Smart Start 5.50 and choose the Manual method of installation. Once the primary installation is done then update the drivers by going on the website.

That is not acceptable and also does not install the web agents.
