P400 and jbod

Hi.
I'm trying to install opensolaris/solaris on a HP DL380G5. Since i want to make a raidz, i wanted to configure the disks just as JBOD.
But i cannot find any option to make this, not in the bios setup neither in the smart array utility.
How can do it? Do i have to configure a raid 0 for every disk?

I'm in a similar situation. I ran with RAID 0 for every disk, letting ZFS take care of the SW RAID, but the behavior during a hot-plug event isn't correct. If I remove a disk, I have to manually reenable it during post after a reboot. Did you end up going this way?
