P410i 5.06 Online update HP website download failure

For days I've been unable to download part 1 the P410i 5.06 Windows online firmware update from the HP support web site. I've tried it from multiple computers on multiple networks. Other updates have downloaded perfectly fine, so the issue is isolated to this one download.

Follow the link below and then download Part 1 of the 5.06B online update.

I understand that you are not able to downalod the firmware for the p410i controller.

I would suggest you to refer the link provided below and check if you are able to downalod {P410 and P410i are same controller}:

If, the issue persists refer the second link and download the firmware DVD and install the firmware using the same:
