P410i RAID Controller Indicates Failed on New System Board

HP DL 380 G7 System Board Replaced due to RAID Contoller Failure.  New System Board indicates the same problem.  Can't even see the RAID controller unless you hit F8 during boot, then go to iLO menu and reset to factory defaults.  At this point the system reboots and indicates a P410i RAID controller failure.  System is running SOL 10 X86.  Worthless without the RAID in a 1+0 config.
