P420i Raid Controller not showing in SNMP or HP SMH on DL380p Gen 8 Server

I've just come across a Hyper-V Host Server that seems to be setup exactly the same as the other servers at this particular site. 

The only difference is that the physical disks don't show up in the HP Systme Management Homepage, and the data isn't in SNMP for our RMM tool to be able to read out, meaning we are unable to monitor the state of these drives.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the 9.6.0 insight agents, but when using SNMP as the data source, the p420i just isn't being detected.
If I switch to using WBEM as the source and the 9.5 install, then the controller is read succesfully.
I've seen plenty of other systems where this all works fine with an SNMP data source.
