P440ar + SSD is it worth?

Hi, 

I am using  DL360 with P440ar + HPE 1TB SAS HDD*2  (RAID 1)

But I am considering replacing it with SSD because of the speed of reaction.

The SSD will be HPE SATA 800GB

Is it worth changing? 

And please recommend high performance RAID configuration using SSD.

2)Which minimum version of firmware updated should be installed on?
