P600 and SATA

we have an Proliant DL360G4P with 2 SATA 250GB HDD.
We need want to buy an raid controller

The P600 supports SAS and SATA, but on the P600 are SAS connectors do we need any
SAS -> SATA adaptor for our configuration?

if/assuming its a sata model dl360g4p:
cable from the p600 is connected to the sata backplane.
then plugin the sata disks into the drive cage.

internal usage of the P600 controller requires the 8-Bay SAS/SATA Drive Cage Option Kit.
