P600 in a HP DL360R04p

Is it possible to place a HP Smart Array P600 (337972-B21) in a DL360R04p X3.8-2MB/800, 2GB SCSI, RPS (376235-421)?
We would like to attach an available HP StorageWorks 60 Modular Smart Array to it.

That is the quickspecs.

And the p600 with P/N is included in there with the same option number.

So: yes! It is possible to put it in there :)

It's a PCI-x card and the DL360 g4p has two of those slots.
