PCI Memory Controller?

I've got Win2K Server installed on an ML530 and I have several yellow exclamation points under the hardware device manager. I'm assuming the Compaq SCSI controller ones are there because I've got the embedded ones disabled. The one I'm not sure about is this PCI Memory Controller that shows up under Other Devices? I don't see and drivers that would pertain to this, so I was wondering if there is something I am missing? It's a dual 933 box with 3GB or ram installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Scott

Re: PCI Memory Controller?

I think that you have a Remote Insight PCI / Remote Lights Out board installed.
Just install the REmote insight and ATI IIC drivers from the CPQ supportPaQ.
After this you will see two ATI IIC adapters in device Manager, one of them with a yellow mark. This one is the embedded one and can be disabled.
