PCI USB CARD

I installed PCI USB Card on Windows 2000 Server. The PCI card is working fine. I am using one USB Port for CD Writer and I want to use another USB port for g.lite ADSL USB modem for DSL internet Connection.

The Server is not accepting me to connect ADSL USB Modem. But my CD Writer working very fine with this.

I am using DLINK PCI USB card.

What is the wrong? Please suggest remedy for this.
