PCI-X riser card for DL380 G5

Hi, please help me with product number.

I have DL380 G5 with 408786-001 "PCI riser cage - With three non-hot-plug PCIe slots".

I need PCI-X riser card.

At "HP PartSurfer" I found 2 numbers (Product and Part):

408788-001 "PCI riser cage - With three non-hot-plug PCI-X/PCIe slots"

410570-B21 "HP PCI-X/PCI-E NON HOT PLUG RISER DL380G5 CARD"

Is this only one produkt? Is this the right product?

But B2B hp.com saying "No search results are available..." for both numbers.

Re: PCI-X riser card for DL380 G5

Hi!

It's the same part =)

http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=410570-B21

The -001 is the spare part number for the option part -B21. Sometimes the -B21 has more parts in it than the -001. The option part number is the one you usually buy.

As for if it's the right product or not, the -B21 is in the quickspecs:

Hi Johan,

thank you for your info. I thought it, but unfortunately it can not be ordered via the B2B hp.com. There the product can not be traced.

Well the DL380 G5 is about 4 years old, maybe it gets hard to find it that way.

In the vein of "Don't raise the bridge, lower the river" might there be a PCIe version of the card you wish to use?
