Yes got it. Its says

ServerWorks Grand Champion CIOB_X2 - I/O Bridge 133 Mhz

Would this be the internal bridge or could this relate to the CPU's

From error that you have is there any Bus and function entry?

Bus 0 . So would you say replace the pci boards 5i and nic or system board.
