PEx00 Multiple Array Boot Order (DL185)

Hi,

SITUATION
1 DL185, 4x 1TB disks + 2x 160GB

DESIRED setup
OS on RAID1 2x 160GB
Data on RAID5 4x 1TB

PROBLEM
I created ARRAY A with the 2 160GB disks and installed windows 2K3 SP2
When I create a second array on that disk (with and without creating a volume) and restart, the server dos not boot anymore. When I go into the Array Config, I notice that my 'OS' Array has renamed to ARRAY B, and the 3TB data Array is now called ARRAY A.

QUESTIONS
1. Why does it change?
2. Does a server always select ARRAY A to boot?
3. if so I will need to find a way to change the arrays again.

PS Smart Start cannot help as it is a DL185
