PL 3000 Win2k server dual cpu lockup
I recently added a second processor (333MHz) to my PL3000. I have the latest BIOS and used the System Configuration Utility to set the O/S to Windows 2000 and the APCI Mode to Full Table - Mapped. Afterwards I updated Windows via Device Manager from Standard PC to APCI Multiprocessor. I rebooted and it locks up at the end of the first Windows boot screen (the black and white screen with the status bar).I have tried to reload Win2k and the same issue reoccurs as soon as I reboot after changing the PC type. If I don't make that change Windows does not detect the second proc although they both show up on POST. PLEASE HELP!

Re: PL 3000 Win2k server dual cpu lockup
Charlie,
If you change it from Full Table-Mapped to Full Table, does this make any difference.
(See attached image file).
Regards,
Brian
