PL1600R CPU Problem
Just updated BIOS and 2nd processor has now been downgraded to 400Mhz instead of 450Mhz. Worked as a 450Mhz prior to the upgrade. I thought it was an upgrade not a downgrade.

Upgrading the firmware on the server (or downgrading for that matter) shouldn't have any affect on the processor speed which shows during post. Were any switch settings changed on the processor board?
