As long as the failed drive has a failed LED (or none) you can remove it and add the new drive into the array.
The array will rebuild to the replacement drive automatically.

The disk leds seem to be OK.
Should I do something with the SmartStart CD? Right now, the server is running only with three disks, and if one of them dies...
What am I doing wrong?
