PLEASE HELP!!! I can't get any Picture on my Monitor!!!

I got the Server from a friend. I connected in Power an Keyboard. I pushed the Power-Button and everything is working perfect, but the Monitor doesn't get any signal. I connected the Monitor with the Graphic on Board but, no signal. Then I inserted a Graphics board and again, no signal. I have no manual. Maybe there is something with the Jumpers. But I don't know the Problem. If anyone can help me, it would be great.

On the panel you will see a diagram of the systemboard. Look for SW1. Should be number 2.Make sure that switch number 1 is set to off. This is for the on-board video. Are you getting any beep codes??? If not then the system isn't even Posting. Reseat all.
