POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - incorrectly installed

Hi, 

Can someone help me to find our why i'm getting the follwing error? 

"POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - Processor 1, DIMM 11 incorrectly installed. Please refer to Memory Population Rules in Documentation. This Memory will not be utilized."

"POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - Processor 1, DIMM 5 incorrectly installed. Please refer to Memory Population Rules in Documentation. This Memory will not be utilized."

Server : ProLiant ML350 Gen9 

Processor: 1x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v3 @ 2.40GHz

A 1 - 2400 Mhz - N/A
B 4 - 2400 MHz - 809082-091 16GB rdimm Single Rank
C 12- 2400 MHz - 809082-091 16GB rdimm Single Rank
D 9 - 2400 mhz - 809082-091 16GB rdimm Single Rank

E 2 - 2133 mhz - 752369-081 16GB rdimm Dual Rank
F 5 - 2133 mhz - 752369-081 16GB rdimm Dual Rank
G 11- 2133 mhz - 752369-081 16GB rdimm Dual Rank

i followed the rule "When only one processor is installed, install DIMM s in sequential alphabetic order: A, B, C, D, E, F, andso forth" 

What did i do wrong?

The correct order is A B C D E F ...

Looks like it is installed that way.

But you may also have a bad DIMM, a problem with the slot or a problem with the memory controller (it is inside the CPU).

To test this out, consider to swap some DIMMs around and even swap processor 1 with 2 and see what happens.

Since this is a new system, I would maybe just swap the dimms, then call hp service.

Please do perform the below steps.

1. Reseat and swap the memory modules

2. Reseat the processor

3. Ensure that the firmware is the latest
