POST Error: 304-Keyboard or System Unit Error

Hi all !
we have an ProLiant DL380, in the reebot i got a message.. keyboard error.... press f1 to continium..so used the rib card (RILOE) and started the server from there. Now in windows the keyboard desapire from the configuration(control panel-devices-hardware)and also there is not longer any keyboard on the rib card, i mean it´s not possible to use anymore the console on the rib card (ctrl+alt+del) is not working. on the logs in systems insight manager i have this ....POST Error: 304-Keyboard or System Unit Error.... just wonder if is some can of problem between windows and rib card(RILOE)... has any one some idea how to fix it ....

Hi Gustavo

1. Try to swap the keyboard form any working PC

2. Is mouse working??

3. Check BIOS setup , maybe keyboard is disabled.

Was it working before is there any changes comited by you.If yes what is that

Which model of server DL 380 G??
and RILOE 1/2 which one
What are cable connected from rilo card to server check the details
