Re: POST Error
Did you have a disk failure recently?
If you did not replace a disk manually then it's possible that a disk is failing intermitently. Run an ADU report and post it here if possible.

Re: POST Error
As vcespon points out, it could be a hard drive going off line intermittently. ADU will help in identifying it.
Other causes can be backplane / cable resetting the connectivity and causing a drive rebuild (POST 1778), or cause the controller to report that the logical drives are not detected (POST error 1785). This will be more difficult to track in the logs. However, you may try to reseat the cables & backplane or try swapping them out with known good ones.

Re: POST Error
Dear Shasha
Seems you are getting following POST Errors:
1785-Drive Array not Configured
1778-Drive Array Resuming Automatic Data Recovery Process
1779-Drive Array Controller Detects Replacement Drives
1785-Drive Array not Configured
1785: Indicates that a smart array controller is installed which is not configured, May be ur server is having more than one Smart Array Controller & one is not used, In that case this message can be ignored.
1778 & 1779: Indicates that there is some change in the existing working HDD like the HDD has been refixed or replaced; due to which the RAID is rebuilding.
If any hdd has been refixed or rebuild then it is normal but if it is not the case then check the status in Online Insight Diagnostics & Array Diagnostics utility to confirm any HDD failure.
You can refer to the HP ProLiant Servers Troubleshooting Guide for more information:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00300504/c00300504.pdf
Hope that information would be helpful
