PPM2 failure

Hi
i have a hp ML Proliant 350 G5 server, yesterday there was a rain and lightning, and now it cannot start because PPM2 failure.
i just have one processor and 2 power suply.
i dont know what to do.
Please help me

i have one processor with one ppm.
The ppm2 slot is empty.

do you test with maintenance cd . please update and say to me what hapend
if your system has erroe on ppm2 again
you should change your board
