PROBLEMS! can't reinstall system
Hi people, I have serious problems with a Prosignia 500, the server has the following hardware: P120, 96MB ram, SCSI Cdrom, 2x 1GB harddisk( I think it's raid 1 because before eraring it was 2GB), NIC etc. I have the following problem, IT DOESN'T BOOT, it's say that there is no OS, he's keeping this message also when I put a bootable cd or disk in it, I don't know what to do, the bios has also been resetted, WHO CAN HELP ME????????

Re: PROBLEMS! can't reinstall system
If you erased the disk, then there is no operationg system partition to boot from, so you would get this error message. Clear the CMOS by using switch #6 on the system board. You will get a 172 -system options not set, when the CMOS is cleared. Then boot the system with the system configuration program disks. Reconfigure the BIOS settings requied for the OS you want to install onto the system. Save the new hardware configuration to CMOS. Now boot the the system with the OS install media and install an OS onto the erased hard drive.
