Re: PROLIANT 370 or 350

You can download the Smart Start CD (ISO) from http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/subscription/PSM_subscription.html?

There is no OS with an ML370/350, so as a result, there wouldn't be a recovery CD. You may use the Smart Start CD's to assist with installation, however, the OS CD and licensing is your responsibility.

Re: PROLIANT 370 or 350

Excellent ! Thanks for the tip :) Is there anything I need to watch out with regards to RAID setup ? My reason for formatting the server is 1% free space on C: and not to mention all partitions are FAT not even FAT32 ... so plan on NTFS and possibly RAID5. I thought of extending C: but BASIC format seem not to allow me to that. How can I find out current RAID setup ? Much appreciated. Rich

You can see your raid setup with the Array Configuration Utility
