PROLIANT DL380 G2 - No signal

I have installed the VMWare EXS Server 3.0.1 on the Proliant Server. After installation I connect the server to the net an after 2 minutes, the server reboots automaticaly (I don't want this) After the reebot I havn't a display signal.

Then I remove all PCI cards, but nothing changes. So, no Error lights on. I try to clear the NVRAM (Switch nr. 6 on?) After that I have a post signal (1 long signal) When I set the switch Nr. 6 to OFF there is also a POST error, 1 long signal. So, the array start without any problem, I see every disk is starting.

So, I have no idea what's wrong. I don't know whats the problem...

I have one small but abstract idea:
Is there a chance for a hacker in this two minutes where the server was on the net, to hack the bios or something else?

Maybe someone have a good tip for me.

regards...mike

PS: sorry for my bad english

The support from HP (phone support) means that 1 cpu or the system board is defect. So I will test with one cpu.
