PROLIANT ML 350 G4
I CAN INSTALL HP STORAGEWORKS DAT 24 IN PROLIANT ML350 G4.I PUT THE TAPE ON SECOND SCSI,AND WHEN THE SERVER START, HE STOPS IN SCSI CHANNELS.IF I TAKE OFF THE CABLE THE SERVER STARTS NORMALLY

I have an External Sony AIT drive and it locks the server up if I have the terminator on it. I using Backup Exec 9.1, it also gives me SCSI time out errors. I am still trying to find an answer also.

try useing LVD scsi cable

I Have the same problem, i tried it on a ML330 and a ML350.
We bought a LVD-cable, but the problem remains the same.
