sata 2.5' sdd or hdd could connect to motherboard sata port.

that SAS to 4 sata port and HDD cage could install any 3.5 HDD or 2.5 sata SSD . You could get 3.5 to 2.5 hdd tray to fix the SSD for the screw, but you could just put it in one side.
I install 4 HDD in there. And I install other PCI-e Nvme for OS
