PSP on ubuntu 10.04.1 dl 360 G7

hi

i install Ubuntu server 10.04.1-i386 on DL 360 G7 and i try to install PSP (HP ProLiant Support Pack) i download the PSP from http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=4091409&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=4091408&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=4093

and install with this instruction:

the problem is that in Compaq Insight Manager the status of the client is inaccessible,but in system managemet homepage i see the details(raid ,etc..)

any ideas ?
