PSU probs
Hi,
One of the PSUs on our 5500 is displaying an orange light - there are also some messages in the event log saying that the PSU is down. Have tried disconnecting the mains to the PSU and reconnecting to no avail.
Does this mean that the PSU needs to be repaired (or is it a recoverable error?). Have noticed that the fan is still working.
Any info appreciated. Sorry if its a stupid question....
Cheers, George

Re: PSU probs
Yes, that means that the power supply in question has failed. The fan may still work, but that does not mean the power supply is working as it needs to (12 volts and ground work, so the fan works).
