Packets dropping

Hi
Recently my ethernet port showing some drops & errors.Can anyone explain regarding to how to overcome this issue

please find the attchment. Its urgent please.

I am using RX6600 model server. i am taking data from isp to monitor traffic.

Check the duplex is configured correctly at both ends.
