Parity Read error=3

After adding the sixth 4.3GB hard drive (the last time a hard drive is added was a year ago, and everything went fine) I receive the " Array Accelerator Parity Read error = 3" when using Smart Start Array Diagnosis. The Array Configuration display an error code of 1702. Everything is fine so far, except the new drive is not recognize by the NOS. Does anyone have any idea what need to be done? Thanks.

Re: Parity Read error=3

Hi, error 1702 seemed to be related to the scsi cabling. Check the scsi cable and check for any bent pins also you could receipt the array controller. And monitor with diagnostics.
