Partition on DL 140 G3 LSI RAID 1

I have DL 140 G3 with LSI RAID 1 set up for 2 72 GB HD.
Is there any way to partition the 72 G HD into 2 separated parts like other server (DL 380...by HP SmartStart)?
During Windows installation, I can set up the partition, but I want to set up partition before Windows installation.
Is there any utility to boot and set up the partition on the RAID as HP SmartStart does?

You should be able to enter the LSI boot bios as the server is booting up and do it there.

Or using the smartstart, you can partition before the windows installation.

Thanks for the quick response.
Unfortunately, HP smartstart won't work on 100 servers and the LSI configuration does not have partition part, only allow you to set up RAID.
That's why I am looking for some utilities.

Opps yes you are right, you would have needed the HP Smart Array E200 Controller, which you could still add for about 300 bucks
