Partition size problem in ML310 G5 server

Hi,

It's a ML310 G5 server. Two HDD of 146GB is in the server. RAID 1 is configured. After install win 2003 server we found that the C drive size is 4GB and rest of the drive D size is 11 GB. But the HDD is mirror the size should be at least 140GB. Please suggest.
