Password for web-based management software

I have installed a new ProLiant DL360 G3 with SmartStart-drivers 6.40. During installing of the SmartStart-drivers i have entered a password for the administrator for the web-based management software. So far so good.
On my admin-server i want to connect to this new ProLiant with https://servername:2381. The manangement homepage is loading well but if i want to login to this ProLiant as administrator with the password i have entered during installation of the web management software this message appears:
Your login attempt was rejected.
What is the reason? I have entered the password correct. Reinstalling the SmartStart-drivers was not the solution. In Compaq Insoght Manager the new ProLiant is showing correct. Now I need help. Thanx...

The default location of the Web agent passwords on each server is here:
c:\compaq\wbem\cpqhmmd.acl

Take this file from a known server, copy it to the server with unknown id/password to the same location, restart the Webagent service and that's all.

Or in IM7 go to System Management Homepage for this server, go to settings ->HTTP server -> Change password.

I don't have any other server/system with a working web-based management, so the acl file "c:\compaq\wbem\cpqhmmd.acl" is not availabale for me. Any other methods to reset these passwords.

and see attachment, run overwrite for all configurable components with Password
