Password reset on DL360 G3

We got a couple DL360 G3s which a staff member, who has since left, has set the Administrator Password on. Is there any way of resetting this password?

What passwords do you mean? RBSU password or OS password or iLO password? Explain all information about your problem.

there is lots of utilities to change both RBSU and windows.
get ERD Commander.
or search google for such utilities u will find lots of progs.

We're attempting to upgrade the firmware on both these boxes using a ROMPAQ floppy. To carry this out though we're being prompted for an administrator password. Likewise this password is required to carry out BIOS changes.

You can clear password using dip-switches inside server.
The default setting for all system maintenance switches is OFF. Turning any of these switches to the ON position lets you:

Position Task
1 Disable iLO security
2 Lock the system configuration
3 Reserved
4 Reserved
5 Clears power-on password
6 Clear NVRAM
Important: If clearing NVRAM while resetting system configuration settings, you must re-enter the server serial number in NVRAM using RBSU. Click for the steps to re-enter the server serial number.
