Pci and pci-x ml-350

I just received the new server and i'm wondering if i can put a safely a pci card in one of those 3 pci-x slot, i read that they were supporting older pci compliance but my question remains around that 3.3 volttage. I read around in my product book and couldnt find the information about the regular voltage for my card.

I tought regular pci used to be 5.0v unless i'm wrong , and notebook used 3.3 my question is can i safetly put let's say a creative modem blaster v0.92 whitout making some smoke :).

The fact that a card fits into a slot does not mean that it's going to work and will be supported by HP. We have had too many incidents with 3rd party hardware connected to proliant servers.
That hardware uses PCI, PCI-Express, USB or serial interface, yes, but you cannot expect any card or peripheral to work on a HP server, that's why there's something called compatibility list.
