Pci express up / down stream switch port error code 31

Hi Everyone
I am using proliant Dl160 gen9 as workstation, but I have a problem with Gigabyte titan ridge thunderbolt3 aic and Asus rog xg station 2. It would be ideal to share egpu with my laptop. In Windows 10 the Thunderbolt Control Center recognizes the Asus rog xg station 2, but has an error in Pci express up / down stream switch port, error code 31. therefore impossible to install the graphics card drivers!
I also tried to bring firmware from version 50 to 23, after rebooting the system, I can view the graphics until boot windows, after the screen stop with Hpe logo. Inverce the monitor connected to vga contiua work.
Anyone have any ideas to solve this problem?

This is the driver issue unfortunately “Gigabyte titan ridge thunderbolt3" card not supported by this server.

I would suggest you use only supported components in HPE servers to avoid any down situation of the server.
