Please Help! Error 1776 when connecting 1/8 Autoloader to DL 380G4

Wnen connecting HP Storage Works 1/8 Ultrium 960 Tape Autoloader to DL 380G4 by external SCSI port next message appears:
1776-Slot0-SCSI Bus Termination Error. Terminator to Autoloader installed.
How we can resolve this problem?

sounds like SCSI Ports issue in your server...

1776-Slot X Drive Array - SCSI Bus Termination Error
...Internal and external drives cannot both be attached to the same SCSI port. SCSI port Y: Check cables
Audible Beeps: None
Possible Cause: External and internal connectors of the specified SCSI ports are connected to drives.

The indicated SCSI bus is disabled until this problem is resolved.
Action: The SCSI bus is not properly terminated when internal and external drives are connected
concurrently to the same SCSI bus.
1. Power down the server.
2. Be sure the cables to the specified port are connected properly and securely
3. Reconfigure the drives to different SCSI ports.

How can I reconfigure the drives to different SCSI ports? In server bios or in Smart Array controller utility? Smart Array controller utility does not start with this error, because controller is disabled automatically

Karlo, thank You very much!! SCSI controller was in embedded duplex configuration!! In this configuration external SCSI connector can't work properly.
