Please give your proposals about the selection to ML serial servers

We have a N4000 HP server that owns two cpu and 2G Ram.Its function is to run Oracle DB and extract data from the other server to it.Average utilisation of cup is about 20% but can peak at 100% for several minutes.Now we have inclined to replace it with a server of Windows platform.Which model of HP ML serial is fitting to us?

If you plan only to use DB on it ,it would go perfect with a DL380 G5:http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/ss/WF05a/15351-241434-241475-241475-f79-1121516.html
Or if you are AMD
